Almost seven years ago, we, Robert and Maria, decided to open up a real estate office with one of the major franchises. Needless to say, not much help was given, and after two and a half years we decided to part company with that franchise and open up under our own name.

Bell Ashfield was born. After more than 30 years in the real estate business, we are so proud to have our name on the door. As the saying goes, the buck stops with us.

We knew from the start that we wanted to sell and rent properties, and the type of involvement we wanted with our clients was far above what we could offer within the franchise system.

Having helped many of our clients, sellers and tenants, we are confident that we can offer what our clients need and want.

The Bell team is very much involved in the community, with the Red Cross Shield Appeal being a big family event, as is the Salvation Army. This year the Bell Team was the biggest fundraiser for the Salvation Army in our area. St Patrick’s, Yeo Park, Trinity and Bethlehem are just a few of the schools that we support, and we’re looking at being even more involved with our community in the years to come.
